How are Jacob Zook Hex Signs Made...
They are created through a delicate handmade process of Silk Screen Printing. The signs are made on a double masonite board which is very durable and may be used outside. If hanging outside we do suggest coating with a clear coat spray. Pop culture give credit to Any Warhol for popularizing silk screening in American art. However Jacob Zook was creating his hand made hex signs through silk screening process 20 years before Andy Warhol's famous portrait of Marilyn Monroe.
